Recruiter reached out on linked in and asked for a meeting. Scheduled the meeting on their calendar. They then rescheduled 4 times after not calling at the agreed times. Finally connected, they told me all entry level roles require 3 years experience . They could see from my resume I sent and my profiles I don't have that (if he had bothered to look at them first). I very professionally asked him for advice on how one gets this experience if the entry level jobs aren't really entry level since they require 3 years experience. He then said oh sounds like the call is breaking up and he hung up.
