Recruiter reached out to me regarding a position for an SEO Manager role. I replied, expressing interest, and making an ADA request for reasonable accommodations. Recruiter did not respond for over a week, despite multiple attempts to reach out, then said the job was filled. I have reason to believe the recruiter was engaging in discriminatory behavior.
