Easy and basic. A few introductory questions are asked in the initial interview about yourself, your career background, & future opportunities that interest you. The interview is about 15 minutes in length. I have had good experiences with talent administrators. They mainly match skillsets/talent to the opportunity.

Entrevista
You send your resume online, and they call if they have something that fits your skills and experience. You can decline or agree to go to the company. There is no pressure.
Working with recruiters doesn't seem to help. they have so many applicants that they quickly forget about you, leave you hanging, etc. Sometimes they take weeks to respond. Other times they come up with a ton of excuses.

I would never waste my time with this company again nor will I ever be able to support them moving forward in any capacity shape or form. The interview process spoke for itself and in the future I will never contact them for labor nor employment needs.
