My interview process went faster than usual. I met with 5 interviewers and also shadowed during my first interview. The interviews were all conversational and not forces or uncomfortable. I received a call the next day for my second interview. The second interview was 2 days after the first (could've been the same day as the call) and I received my offer, which ended up being a new position tailored for my experience (or lack thereof).

This was a prerecorded virtual interview with prompts to answer a series of generic questions with no insight to job requirements. There was no reliable information regarding the company culture, job structure or growth plans. All communications we digital, with no personal interactions with staff.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth. You must fill out a packet of documents before your 1:1 interview, which is offered either in-person or over Skype (or similar platform). I came out of this process under the impression that the agency's strategy is to "steal" employees from other companies, since they will not consider a person for a full-time / non-entry level position, if the applicant isn't employed already.
