I've interviewed with Robert Half for 20 years, but have never been hired by them. They have always made a bigger deal of the interview process than getting good people to the jobs that are needed. Most cases involve presentation and either hire or denial. In my most recent process, the Senior Recruiter demanded a Skype interview, denied a face to face interview, postponed interviews for multiple days and when confronted with a request to move forward in the process at a reasonable pace, cut off communication completely.
