Thorough interview process. Met with 3 managers and HR in the boardroom. Interview was one hour. A proper job shadow and walk through of the company took place a few days later.

Nothing too difficult in the question, but more on understanding the compensation plan.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
