Very thorough, to include candidate, hiring managers, recruiting agent and client account manager. No miscommunication between candidates, recruiting agent and account managers.
The feedback is very transparent, candidates are very appreciated for this process. Plus there are regular check ins that we know what's coming.

I applied for the job in response to an email received from the recruiter based on my previous experience. Virtual (Skype) interview scheduled and resubmission of my resume and cover letter per request same day. Another recruiter contacted me for same position the next day requesting a virtual interview. I explain previous interview was already conducted and to contact recruiter #1 for results. I’ve made several phone calls and sent emails to follow up but both recruiter #1 and #2 stop communicating with me. Recently, I received an email from recruiter #1 asking if I could take a few minutes to complete a survey about my experiences working with them. I can’t wait to provide my valuable insights.
