Received a call from the Branch Manager. Went in for interview. They typically hire from "industry", which means from a profession outside of recruitment. The interview is to gauge your personality; if you are outgoing, bright and friendly, you will get the job

Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
