You sit in an interview room (now everything would be virtual) while team members come in and ask you different questions about your work experience. You can easily meet with 6 employees back to back. (or less).

There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.

Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
