This process have been smooth and everyone seems great and helpful and work as a team. The problem is the process. I have been interviewing for this role since mid December and we are now in February and have yet to get an offer or decline.

Gauntlet style, they will bring you in 2 or 3 different times and they will thoroughly vet you. Overall process should take about 3 weeks to a month. You have to meet with all of the higher ups.
