I had the chance to interview for the position of senior field engineer. I got to the second interview and after that was rejected. The interview process felt fair and both the introductory interview with HR and the second more technical one were positive experiences. Interviewers were attentive and showed genuine interest in my profile and past experiences. Both interviews were in English since I am not German nor proficient in German and at no point I felt like cultural or language barriers were of any influence in the process. I received clear and exhaustive feedback which was very appreciated. The position was not a fit because of the misalignment of my personal skills with the ones required.
