Super laid back. It was a group interview and we were all introduced to eachother, played games, and then discussed our work histories and how we would handle situations. It was nice because you are hardly ever alone on the shift. If there are any problems others are able to help quickly so it was nice being able to work through situations and bounce ideas off each other.

It is usually a group interview in front of a few members of the aquatic leadership team. They ask very basic job questions and either will go in a line or will take volunteers to answer. The whole process takes about 30 minutes and is very laid back. As a supervisor who used to interview guards, try to dress somewhat nice, participate and answer questions, and look like you're having a good time. It's pretty likely you'll get the job
