Very straightforward and easy! The first step was a recruiter call and it's a very high-level conversation about your past experience and why you are interested in this role & company. From there the recruiter laid out the interview process which entailed another interview with the hiring manager and then after there would be an onsite where you spoke with the Director of Facilities and someone from the People's team. They really want to know why you are interested in working at Ro and the open position. But everyone there is super kind and keeps you updated about every step in the process.
