Fairly informal interview process. I called to express interest, then dropped off my resume. I received a call-back to schedule in in-person interview with one of the sales managers. Interviewer concentrated on fit and long-term goals with the company. I was asked if I was comfortable with cold-calling and negotiations and if I would be willing to commit to the hours and commission-based salary. Overall, fairly simple and straight forward if interested in this type of job.
