I applied via their careers page. Rec'd an e-mail from the recruiter to schedule the initial screening call. On the day of our scheduled call, recruiter never showed. I e-mailed the recruiter 2x immediately and received no response. E-mailed one final time a couple days later and received a response stating he "forgot" that we had a scheduled call. Recruiter apologized and rescheduled the screening call. Interviews: 1st - 30 minute screening call with recruiter (phone) 2nd - 30 minute call with hiring manager (phone) 3rd - 45 minute call with division director (zoom) 4th - 45 minute call with team member (zoom) 5th - 45 minute call with team member (zoom) 6th - 45 minute call with manager from different dept (zoom) All interviews post recruiter call strictly followed the STAR method. Be prepared for back-to-back situational questions for 30-40 minutes with no more than 5-10 minutes left for questions. All interviews were pleasant for the most part. Upon completion of all interviews, received no communication from recruiter. I e-mailed recruiter for an update several days later and received a response that I should be hearing back mid-week. It's now been 2 weeks since the final interview and 1 week since I was supposed to hear back from the recruiter. As they say in movie theatres, silence is golden. The non-response is my answer at this point. After so many rounds of interviews, it would be great if candidates could at least get the generic "thanks, but no thanks" rejection e-mail.
