The interview process is VERY long, and you are promised EVERYTHING but I promise, there is somethings they will not tell you. You can have every home occupied but if there is an empty pad, you will loose a bonus, for something out of your control. Plenty of bonus structures, just most of them are achievable. It's their way to save money, it's not about their employees, it's only about upper management. If the lips are moving, they are lying.
