Had an interview with the nurse manager in her office, she was very nice. Manager asked preselected questions from HR on a form and wrote down notes based on my response. Pretty standard RN interview questions, nothing out of the normal.

The interview consisted of a panel interview with ICU nursing leadership and unit reps. The discussion included behavioral and situational/clinical questions. The interview was well organized and gave me the opportunity to talk about my strong interest in critical care, and my motivation to grow as a new graduate nurse at RUHS.

Interviewed was with 2 unit managers. I applied to the position then received a call 2 weeks later. The interview was fairly easy and asked the typical basic questions. I was offered the position one week later. I declined because I was offered a position at a different hospital, a magnet hospital. but overall the interviewers were very nice. there is not much else to say. they are under new management and the hospital is becoming more stable and expanding.
