When I interviewed, I interviewed in front of a panel which included the director, lead psychologist, and various principals. I was given a time limit of 20 minutes or so at the beginning of the interview. When I interviewed, I wasn’t given questions in advance so everything was more on the spot. Some questions were not knowledge based but more about understanding your perspective as a practitioner.
