We had a group orientation meeting, where we had to fill out a questionnaire about our lives, then do an exam. If you passed, they schedule a one-on-one interview. I made it to the interview, which was really more of an interrogation. It lasted for hours, nitpicking every answer, repeating the same questions over and over. At the start of the interview, the interviewer told me my top was too low cut, and told me I should dress more like her. She then repeatedly brought it up during the interview, in between questions, asking me to pull up my top. I feel like I should mention, my top was not that low cut, my chest is not at all large, and it was business casual. At one point, the interviewer told me it looked like I was lying about my answers. This was a while ago, I hope the process has improved. If I hadn't been fresh out of college and desperate for work, I probably would have reached out to the manger to complain about the unprofessionalism.
