most likely you'll receive a phone call, during which the employer will ask you about your work experience and education etc. If it goes well, you'll be asked to go to the company and do a normal interview with one or more people from the company, they normally spend two weeks deciding whether you're a good fit for the role. if you don't hear back in two weeks I suggest you move on.
