I saw the job post on craigslist. I printed the job applicatoin and filled it out by hand. Then I drove to the River Ranch Lodge and handed in my application to the front desk receptionist. I was called by the restraunt manager three days after I turned in my application. We set up a date to interview later that same week. The interview was very informal, taking place at one of the empty restraunt tables before hours of operation. The recruiting manager gave me the job on the spot!
