Applied to be considered for either of two open associate positions. Was contacted a month later for an interview. Interview was offered to be either via phone or zoom. Had a very pleasant 30-40 minute conversation with the interviewer—felt very organic and natural. Aside from discussing just the technicalities of the position, I felt very seen as an individual. My questions were very thoroughly answered and next steps were explained. Unfortunately I did not make it to the second round of interviews but was notified promptly within a few days. Though it was not the outcome I’d hoped for, it was a very positive interview experience with a wonderful organization and I’d definitely apply again in the future.
