Entrevista
applied online via LinkedIn, then got called in for an interview in person in Manchester Trafford Centre. The interview was a group interview, around eight of us. Some of the tasks involved designing an outfit, listening to the person next to you experience and some examples of volunteering.

The process is relative straight forward it was an application and a video interview. After that they immediately hire or decline application.
The process is very straight forward but I would recommend stating you are fully flexible otherwise you may receive a decline to your application if you can't meet their minimum hours.

Group interview of about 10 people so quite a large group; questions were asked and then each person in the group had to go around and give an answer. Given a task to do in pairs, responding to different scenarios that are likely to occur in the workplace

What do you think contributes to excellent teamwork?
The interview process was all video artificial intelligence. Very odd. If you are applying for a customer-facing role would it not be deemed more suitable to have an interpersonal interview with a human being?
