I applied via the company application website and was contacted within 2 weeks for an interview. I was asked to prepare a presentation benchmarking competitors in the parameters of quality and price point. I was then invited to attend an assessment centre where I delivered my presentation and completed an interview with a garment fit session. The interviewer tried to twist my answers but I managed to handle them through having prepared well. I found out the next day I had got the job !
