Very informal conversation, first round was very focused on who you are as a person and what your values are/what drives you in life. Only in the second round did they really go deeper into the technicalities of the job and what qualifications you have. Some questions I deemed a little inappropriate or intrusive in private life, but definitely did not see any malintention in their questions. Small, young organisation.
