I had one phone interview with HR and one technical phone screen. Then I was invited for a in-person interview.
On-site interview consisted of five separate 1:1 interviews a programming test with computer.
After a few days they contacted me offered me the job.

There were 2 interviews. The first interview was more high level and more focus on my background. The second interview was more technical and involved some questions to see how I thought. Never scheduled the 3rd interview that was meant to be .Net specific interview.

This company is mostly made up of people that used to work together at another company so the interview process (especially for me) can be pretty informal and not as structured as most places.
