Marriott International upholds a STAR interview process. First there was a phone call with a recruiter, then Sr Management, then an in-person STAR process. The process was a bit redundant as you had to complete a STAR with 3 leaders and then meet your team. Overall, it was through and they do find great talent this way. I would recommend having examples for your STAR ready for the in-person interviews
