Received a call a week after applying, interviewed about two weeks later for an undetermined position. Had a lengthly, in-depth interview with a member of the management, a second opinion/follow up with another member of management, and then a final brief interview with the manager with the department I was ultimately considered for.

"Explain a time where you anticipated a customers needs". "Explain a time when you encountered conflict and how you resolved it". "How do you respond to stress". "How do you deal with a difficult customer".
It was one interview that was very straight forward and they look for those who are passionate about hospitality. Even without prior experience if you’re willing to learn they’ll accept you and help you grow.

Professional and very detailed. The Hiring manager goes through some behavioral questions and past experiences. Very good manner from the hiring manager following set high standard that makes you feel comfortable.

I applied in person and then was told to start working the next week. I didn’t have much experience but I got the job through a referral by a friend. During the interview I was asked a lot of questions about wine and proper fine dining etiquette.
