My internship coordinator at school sent them my CV and shortly after I received an email asking for a phone interview. The interview was in three parts. First they had some personal questions about me and my CV, then they explained a bit about what the internship would look like and lastly they asked a couple of questions where they wanted answers in 3 steps, telling them the situation, the action I took and the end result. They said that I would hear from them within a week regarding if they were interested in me or not. The interview took place on a Friday and on Monday I heard back from them with a offer letter.
