Hiring manager contact for phone screen followed by resume request.
Over a subsequent period of 3+ months we exchanged emails, phone calls and participated in local visits by different people in the company (not hiring managers or leaders).
Eventually had In-person meeting with CEO after which references were requested.
Went to corporate HQ for 1.5 days of interviews with 6+ people from different departments.
After an additional 2 months of reference checking, background checking and negotiations, an offer came in and was accepted. Total elapsed time was approximately 6 months.

Initial phone call with Recruitment team approx 20 mins to discuss experience and ask situational questions, followed by a zoom call with potential manager. Last stage was a zoom presentation to potential team, Manager and Account Director
