The process started with an off site task, which require 2-3 hours work. It is pretty much easy, but you needs to be familiar with java design patterns. Afterwards, there was a phone interview. The interviewer do not ask any data structure and algorithm questions but database design. I did not perform well, so got rejected to move forward.
Directly applied for the post. they contacted to schedule a phone interview. Overall experience was good. Nice people. Asked questions mostly on the resume, previous projects. Once technical question to solve through a shared environment.
