It was a phone interview. During the interview, the recruiter asked about my licensure status and my eligibility to start work soon. He also addressed my concern of relocating and gave me a brief introduction of the job, company and benefit.

It was in two stages, phone screen and personal interview. Being asked about my core nursing skills sets ,if I am willing to cover weekend visits, asked lots of questions about wound management.

It was a very detailed and comprehensive process. Helped me navigate through all core expectations for corporate. I was screened first on the phone and then in person. I was interviewed by panel from upper management.
