I was set up for an interview with the manager to whom I gave my resume. Wasn't required for associate but I always carry one. Then the manager gave me a quiz to memorize the aisles in the store which was 24 and come back in 15 mins which I did in 10 mins and impressed him. He gave me a very easy computerized quiz to take at home and then wait for the results. Then take a drug test while he did a background check and I would start a few days after the results.

why do you want to work and what would you provide to the store.
The interview process is good. I scheduled the interview online to choose a time to come in. I went in at that time and manager is there to help. And overall very quick process.
Manager talked to me about the job duties and asked me just a couple of questions about what I was able to handle. It was a short interview and I was given a survey to complete at the end. After the survey was completed I was hired.
Very quick. The boss was really available and made me feel comfortable. The boss was made the interview process relatively quick. It was also in an enclosed environment without much distraction
