Prior to a phone interview, I was asked to complete a quantitative exam - 30 minutes for 60 questions. You had to get an 80% to continue onto the interview, but it was very straightforward. From there, I completed a phone interview with their HR team and was called in for a two-hour in-person interview with members of their team. I sat with each member for 30 minutes and they all asked me the same questions.
