I am annoyed and frustrated. Maybe I dodge a bullet after reading the reviews. A recruiter reached out to me to start the process. The interview process was over 4 weeks long and I had 4 interviews. The managers I interviewed with seemed very young and fresh in their roles but overall the conversation was great. The manager told me I would have 3 interviews and then they would ask for references and as long as all worked out I would get an offer. Fast forward, after my 3rd interview the recruiter told me there was such positive feedback and that she wanted my references. I thought awesome I’m gonna get an offer! Two days later the recruiter reached out and apologized saying that I needed to do one more interview. The 4th interview was with another manager who I assume I would be working for. My friend who currently works for the company said this manager is “high on her horse” not liked and is rude. So I prepared myself for the worst. She was young and less experience in the industry than myself. She asked the same questions in a different way. Every time I spoke she looked like she was bored/annoyed with what I was saying. Then radio silence - no communication from the recruiter or anyone. I reached out a few times with no response. After a week the recruiter told me I had great qualities that would fit the role and everyone liked speaking with me but didn’t get the position.

Recruiter reached out to me directly for a phone interview. Next was a Manager interview, Manager and activity for the final part of the interview. Total of 3 interviews. Process took over 3 weeks to conclude.
