The process overall is great. It is well organized but it seems a lot of people don’t make it after the presentation portion. It seems instructions are outdated and clear expectations are not set it advance.

Aptitude was general and easy to crack mainly they are judging on your email and conversations skills. Molly your communication skills. You need to have excellent edge on that. Practise writing email as in the hr interview they might ask you to screenshare and write an email.
