Participated in 5 rounds of interviews. Communication with HR was the most notable as either they wanted to interview sooner than availability given and had their foot on the gas, or they took weeks to respond. One round of interview was a project followed by defending the work done and decisions made. No major issues.

1. Applied online 2. Recruiter response within 5 days of applying; scheduled teams meeting for initial screening with recruiter 3. Screening complete, recruiter passes info to manager of the team 4. 30 min Interview with team manager 5. Received decision within 3 business days I was denied and unsure why as both screens went exceptionally well. I also come from one of their biggest competitors with years of experience. I was even told during the interview with the manager that I seem to know a lot about the role that I applied for. Unsure if they’re interviewing for market research or to actually hire qualified candidates. It was an ok experience. I’m a black woman located in TX.
