The process took 2 weeks, 1 recruiter screen, 1 US manager, 1 regional manager and 1 director.
Overall the the interview process was ok. The recruiter was efficient and scheduled interviews quickly with all communication via email. The Austin management team is all very new so they're still figuring out their jobs and what to look for.

It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.

3 Step interview process. 1. HR Screening, 2. SDR Manager Interview 3. In Person Interview with two SDR Leaders/Sales leaders. Then afterwards there was an SDR meet with people that worked there.
