The interview process at Rippling was one of the fastest and most streamlined experiences I have ever had. Everything was clear, structured and genuinely enjoyable, which is rare for interviews.
The presentation stage was particularly interesting. It gave me a real sense of what the role would involve day to day and the feedback I received in real time was incredibly useful. You can tell the team is invested in helping you put your best foot forward.
My recruiter supported me at every stage and was so communicative throughout. It made the entire journey feel human and not transactional.
What stood out most was how engaged everyone was. Every person I met seemed genuinely excited to be working at Rippling and that energy is infectious. There is a strong sense of momentum and purpose and you feel it the minute you start the process.
Overall, it was fast, transparent and energising and it made me even more confident that Rippling is exactly where I want to be.

They asked questions that were genuinely relevant to my experience. They were curious about why I chose certain companies in my past roles and they really wanted to understand how I think, how I make decisions and what drives me. They also covered the usual questions about my motivations and why Rippling. There were no trick questions and nothing designed to catch you out. It was all straightforward, thoughtful and very aligned with the role.
Tough interview process but def worth it. I would recommend knowing everything you can about the company and have a good understanding of where you want your career to go.
It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.
