Senior level management role. Recruiter round, First round Hiring manager, Second round(Tech), Panel (4 ) interviewers round. Final round interviewers went off on complete tangents related to their areas. rather than the actual role and responsibilties. The recruiter did not respond to my multiple requests for prep meetings to obtain background/context of final round interviewers, which left me a bit blind sided for their tangents. I suspect they gave the job to someone internal, based on a LI check of titles a month later which shows the internal confusion in this hiring.
