By far the most awkward interviews I've ever experienced and an unacceptably disorganized interview process. Not only do months lapse between interviews, but no one seems to be on the same page with anything and the entire organization appears to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I've been around the block a bit through my career, and I've never witnessed such odd interview practices and delayed timelines. Further, those in management roles at this company who interview you repeatedly claimed that all they do every single day is interview people; so who's actually managing the company and their employees? Scary, to say the least. I am passionate about League of Legends, so I believe that's what ultimately led to a potential with Riot, but I took another position without hesitation after seeing the mess first hand.
