The interview process what relatively fast. I was reached within a few days and had a first round of interview that was very high level with a few technical questions. The first round took approximately 20-30 min. Next round, was with the Head of HK/SG HR (or equivalent) and it was very focused on leadership, culture and collaboration. The person was engaging and conducted the interview in a friendly way. I did not pass to the third round, this round would be a "loop interview" with the HQ in the US and you needed to make a presentation (I have no details about this last one). Overall, the process was friendly and moved fast. At the end, I managed to receive an email saying that Riot Games chosen not to proceed with my candidacy, I asked for more details in order to learn and improve myself for a next opportunity at Riot but, no reply was ever given.
