Entrevista
Incredibly long, with many stages drawn out over months. It is pretty tough, but having seen it from the other side now, it is justified. The different stages test different parts - fit, values, and hard skills that are relevant to the role. In total, I had 10 or 11 interviews before I got the offer.

I can't divulge actual questions. But you might be asked something like this: what do you think the distribution of kill/death ratios looks like over 1 million player games?
Interview was fun as we talked about games and did not get too technical. Had some behavioral questions that were pretty standard but interviewer did not seem satisfied with my responses

Started off with a screening call that covered many of the topics that have also been vetted, many rounds of interviews, if you get out you might get a debriefing call. Was fun!
