It was a technical interview that lasted an hour, the interviewers put me at ease. The caliber of questions covered geology, people and safety mainly. Also key to know they use the STAR interview method.

first interview was 3 questions to be recorded - question is asked, you then have 30 min to think about it and record straight way. answers shouldn't be longer than 2:30 min.
