Unprofessional interviewers and the HR did not follow up after the interview. Salary package is also not competitive with market. There is also a test sent by the HR which I do not think is a good way to test the candidate’s ability. Interviewer for their 3rd party due diligence do not seem well-experienced and asked very lame questions.

Competency based questions and what you know about the company. Be prepared with examples and have questions about the role and culture. Star method is best. Interviewers don't trip you up
Interview with hiring manager directly, no HR level interview. Has second round interview with more members of the panel. Can take time depending on department and availability of interviewer. HR generally responsive. Lays out details and provides clarity on whether external recruiters are involved or not

Frank interviewer, clear about the interview process. Met hiring manager as well as several members of the team. Some questions delve quite deeply into the technical aspect of things as well.
