It was a very straightforward process, more like a conversation about the position, the company, and how I would fit. Interview questions were not too technical. In fact, questions focused more on my experiences so far and how I handle different situations.

Applied as part of 2017 graduate programme in September 2016 and did two online assessments before being called by HR for a phone interview in mid January. Since the role was a site based role, there was no facetoface interview. Got a call 10 days later telling me I was successful and they began making arrangements for a medical assessment and online identify verification. Late January involved a site visit (all travel and accommodation costs covered) where I got to meet the managers and was given a tour of the site.
