I had a basic phone interview with a recruiter from India. She asked basic questions about my experience. The reception was very poor since she was calling from India and the lady was very accented so it was difficult to understand. I had to go trough an online test ( logical, calculation etc ) it was super long and super exhausting. The process is extremely long. I don't have time for that I prefer putting energies in more simple hiring process. S
