Clear communication, very structured. Only 2 rounds of interviews, each limited to 30 minutes. The questions were very basic interview questions. The first round interview did have many people on the committee, it would have been nice to be given a heads up as it is quite intimidating to walk into an interview with about 12 people! Interviews were conducted in person and I had to bring a physical copy of my references.
