I was called to attend an interview for an engineer position. During the conversation on phone, I learnt that their requirements is kind of strange. Such as they required a 2 hour interview for an entry position which an hour for a technical test. The time that long like an official IT certificate exam takes place in an exam centre. And they demanded HKCEE result.... which is crazy. I have never used that kind of entry level certificate for my job interview in my whole life, not even once..... Jesus, "Wow.. they are kind of weird" just surfaced in my brain and I declined the invitation immediately. I'm glad I did that. After reading the reviews from the others in here. I think I did a right choice. Their HR process is just overdone meaninglessly. Talents are repelled by non-senses of their HR process,
