Big red flag - the recruiter did not let me know a big portion of the role until the 2nd round of interviews and I was blind sided to say the least. One of my interviewers,(who would be overseeing myself in the role) let me know how unorganized they were personally and as a company. The other interviewer let me know the same stats as well in different ways.
